Established in 1987 and after 15 years of development ,WRITS has grown into a renowned tourism enterprise with a net capital of 25.26 million yuan , involving in tourism,trade, foreign transportation and cargo agency. It has been successively listed as one of the 100 top international travel services in China since 1996.
In May 2000,WRITS became the subsidiary company of SunTime International Economic and Technical Co.Ltd Group which is published in Shanghai stock market. On January 18,2001,WRITS became holding subsidiary company of Western Region Tourism Development Co.Ltd which is the first tourism company to be published in the stock market. At present, WRITS has gained the recognition as one of the leading travel service in XinJiang as well as one of the most competitive tourism company along the silk road.
WRITS has developed into an international travel service involving in inbound ,outbound and domestic tours. And it is one of the two travel services in XinJiang having the right to organize outbound tours. The company runs charter flights flying all year around from Urumqi to Baku-capital of the Republic of Azekbaijian, and to Tibilis-capital of the Republic of Georgia. It also possesses foreign transportation vehicle team running the business of cargo transportation to the former Soviet Union . At the same time, the travel service has set up branch offices in Russia, Kazarkstan and Tukmenistan. Meanwhile, it has become member of PATA,CATS and IATA.
Consisting on the concept that personnel resource is the most valuable resource for an enterprise, WRITS owns large number of excellent staff qualified and experienced in tourism, foreign trade and investment. At present, it owns more foreign language personnel than any other travel services along the silk road.
